Our Work
:: Leeds Mela 2003
The 2003 Leeds Mela, now in its eighth year, is located in Roundhay Park. The event is one of the largest Asian festivals in the country and attracts visitors in excess of 100,000. The spirit of the event is about the celebration of the rich Asian culture and traditions, with live music including the Untouchables Roadshow, Revive, Heera Dancer, Sneha Mistri, Legacy, Freedom Angel, Chudsta, Salinder Pardesi, Apache Indian, Jassi Sidhu and many more. There were dance and family activities, a market bazaar, funfair and food stall. The Mela was a spectacular event providing entertainment for all the family.
